Residential Surveyors required – RICS Valuations, Level 2 and 3 Home Surveys

We are currently recruiting for Residential Surveyors for RICS Valuations and Level 2 & 3 Home Survey reports across various postcodes.

The valuations are mainly carried out for Help To Buy, Shared Equity / Ownership schemes but also include capital gains tax, probate and market value when required. 

Residential Surveyor applicants will need to hold MRICS/FRICS or AssocRICS qualification with VRS (or eligibility for VRS) 

Residential Surveyor’s would need to use the following: 

Rightmove Surveyors comparison tool (SCT) 

RICS Pro Forms for Level 2 & 3 reports (with or without market valuation) or similar 

We offer the opportunity where jobs are offered to you on an accept / reject basis, with a minimum fee within your postcode requirements. We do not ask for any specific days in which you will work, the position will be a zero hours contract and you are in full control of the jobs you are offered.

We will take care of the bookings by liaising with yourself and the client.
